Return & Refund Policy

Aamna Embroidery is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality embroidered patches and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.


All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the items. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.


The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom embroidered patches
  • Washed or worn embroidered patches
  • Embroidered patches that have been damaged by the customer

How to Return Items

To return items, please contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization number (RAN). Once you have received an RAN, please package the items securely and ship them to the following address:

Please include the RAN on the package label and/or packing slip.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
